The International Forum of Genomic and Biomedical Technologies is held in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal scientific and technical program for the development of genetic technologies for 2019 - 2027 and the action plan for the Decade of Science and Technology in Ugra for 2022 - 2030

On December 30, 2022, the forum "From birth to active Longevity" was completed. The scientists emphasized the importance of technological development of medicine based on a powerful base of fundamental science. The priority task of modern healthcare is the introduction of new technologies into everyday practice to improve disease prevention and effective control.
The two days of the forum were filled with significant events: a plenary session, a visiting meeting of the National Association of Biobanks and Biobanking Specialists, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement and the creation of the Ugra-Gen consortium, 2 satellite symposia, a round table and 10 breakout sessions, as well as a competition for young scientists.
